What is The Breathing Class?

The Breathing Class will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to improve your breath. You will learn why your health is being affected by poor breathing habits. You will receive a breathing assessment that will give you insight to how well you are breathing. Finally, we have chosen the best exercises to dismantle poor breathing habits. You will learn exercises that work best for you and your body. You will learn to breathe the way you did as a child.
