I've always been health conscious. I studied health and became a health coach over three years ago. I've always been knowledgable with what foods to eat and what foods to stay away from to live a healthier life. Although I had this knowledge, I was still missing something.
In January of 2018, I heard a podcast with Dr. Belisa Vranich who is a clinical psychologist, a leading expert in mental health and fitness and author of Breathe: The Simple Revolutionary 14-Day Program to Improve your Mental and Physical Health. She spoke about breathing and the positive affects of it. That same week I decided to buy her book because I thought I could use breathing to help me manage my stress and anxiety. Believe it or not, I heard she was going to be in town that same weekend! I signed up for the class and I absolutely fell in love with the exercises and the information she taught that day. That same day she mentioned that the following weekend she was going to have a Teacher Training for those who wanted to teach people how to breathe efficiently. I signed up and as they say, the rest is history!
I am here today to tell you that the Breathing class works. It has truly been a life changing experience for me. Not only handling my stress and anxiety, but in my everyday life like in my workouts, helping with my neck and shoulder pain, allowing me to sleep deeper and better as well as aiding with my digestion.
